1. Where's my stuff?
Your merchandise should arrive a week or so after your order depending on your location and the expediency of USPS. If you do not receive your swag in 2 weeks (or 1 month international) please contact hq@bureaucrash.com as your order may have gotten lost or been returned.
2. Can I check my order status?
If you entered a valid email, shipping notifications will be sent there. There is no tracking available on international shipments.
3. I work with a student or community organization, can I get some swag for that?
Yes, if you work with a liberty oriented organization we will work with you on getting a bunch of contraband to your area for a discounted price. Please contact hq@bureaucrash.com.
4. I'm broke and eat nothing but Ramen noodles, can I still get some swag?
Here at Bureaucrash we believe in the value of labor and not handouts. However, if you are willing to do some volunteer work (like promoting Bureaucrash at a liberty-oriented event or seminar) we will compensate you for your time with some free swag. Please email hq@bureaucrash.com.
5. Can I submit a design for Contraband?
We welcome new designs and offer $100, three free shirts, and attribution on the site for designs that successfully become a t-shirt. To submit ideas, please email hq@bureaucrash.com.
6. Does Bureaucrash do custom or Bulk orders?
Custom orders of our designs on sizes or articles not listed on our page can be arranged. Please note that custom orders will take up to 2 weeks longer to arrive because the item desired will have to be ordered as we do not keep it in stock. Custom orders will vary based on the price of the bulk material, shipping cost and include a 15% up charge.

7. What's Bureaucrash's policy on refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations?
Please contact Bureaucrash Contraband at hq[at]bureaucrash[dot]com if you wish to exchange or return your purchase.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order or if there is an error please email hq[at]bureaucrash[dot]com immediately and we will correct the problem. Orders canceled by buyer before shipping will be refunded in full.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges: If there is damage or a defect with your merchandise we will send you another one free of charge or refund your money. For all other returns, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may return it at your expense to Bureaucrash. Upon receipt of the returned item and your payment of an additional shipping and handling fee, Bureaucrash will send your replacement item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at your expense to Bureaucrash. Upon receipt of the returned item, Bureaucrash will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling.

8. What's Bureaucrash's shipping policy?
Your contraband will be processed and shipped within a few days of your order. All orders shipped as "Ground" are shipped via government snail mail, so they will take 7-10 business days to arrive.
At Bureaucrash we do not endorse government monopolies, so we also offer the option to ship via FedEx. As the consumer you are given the choice between the slightly cheaper government monopoly (USPS) or non-tax subsidized private enterprise (FedEx). Orders shipped via FedEx will take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location. As an incentive to use private business, the handling fees are discounted on FedEx packages.
Because Bureaucrash is a non-profit with limited inventory, items may occasionally be back-ordered which will result in a delay in shipping your order. If this happens, Contraband management will notify you of any delay.
Please expect at least 3 weeks for delivery on international orders.
